Upon approval of staging services a written agreement will
be signed by both parties and a start date will be scheduled.

A two to three hour walkthrough of your
property complete with a customized homeowners guide. Recommendations
on minor changes or improvements that will enhance the overall
look and feel of your property. In addition; a professional
assessment of how to best take advantage of the homes benefits
and features.
