We visit the property for a brief overview and develop a custom presentation package to market the home to its full potential. dk design studio will prepare a written proposal within 24 hours outlining specific services and resources available. As each property is unique we take into consideration, layout, condition of the home, complexity of project and project management.

Upon approval of staging services a written agreement will be signed by both parties and a start date will be scheduled.

Consultation

  • up to 2000 sq ft. $250 plus GST
  • up to 3200 sq ft $350 plus GST
  • add $50 plus GST for every 500 sq ft

A two to three hour walkthrough of your property complete with a customized homeowners guide. Recommendations on minor changes or improvements that will enhance the overall look and feel of your property. In addition; a professional assessment of how to best take advantage of the homes benefits and features.
